Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy, customer relationship management, and cross-sales initiatives across key accounts. Based in Dubai with a hybrid work setup, this full-time leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with experience in client engagement, revenue growth, and financial forecasting. The Director will drive innovation, align client needs with Mastercard’s roadmap, and lead a team to deliver measurable outcomes in a rapidly evolving payments landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute sales and product strategies aligned with geography-level goals.

  • Lead and manage customer relationships, driving satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Deliver cross-sales and net revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

  • Partner with technical account managers to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.

  • Develop business plans, marketing strategies, and sales proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Conduct profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis.

  • Drive negotiation and execution of customer agreements and ensure alignment with Mastercard’s roadmap.

  • Act as an escalation point for client concerns and deliver consulting support as needed.

  • Identify and mentor emerging talent within the product and technical teams.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cross-sales strategy development and execution for complex or high-value clients.

  • Strong track record of managing large client accounts and leading business negotiations.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.

  • Deep understanding of digital payments, financial modeling, and customer success.

  • Leadership experience with a focus on coaching talent and managing cross-functional collaboration.
