Job Summary

The Director, Product Management & Enablement will be part of the Financial Crime Solutions team. This role focuses on market enablement by supporting regional teams, enhancing customer experience, and driving product adoption. Ideal candidates are strategic, customer-obsessed, and entrepreneurial.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product & Regional Managers to enhance product usage and access.

• Conduct demos, training, and onboarding for customers, partners, and prospects.

• Boost product adoption and user activity through customer education and engagement.

• Influence future product strategy through customer and market feedback.

• Drive new revenue by supporting embedded solutions with partners.

• Identify early adopters and manage proof-of-concept and market testing.

• Provide industry thought leadership via conferences and speaking engagements.

• Monitor client activity and volume, ensuring ongoing product value.

• Act as a local compliance and risk management advisor.

• Coordinate across internal teams: Product, Legal, Data Science, Sales, etc.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology sales, partnerships, or product enablement.

• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management.

• Excellent stakeholder management across departments and regions.

• Skilled in technical communication, able to simplify complex issues.

• Confident public speaker and strong written communicator.

• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented, always seeking customer-first innovations.

• Prior experience in financial crime, fraud, or AML solutions is preferred.
