Circle is seeking a Director, Partner Management, MEA to drive adoption and success of Circle’s emerging product portfolio across the Middle East & Africa. This full-time, remote role will involve managing strategic partnerships, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving growth for Circle’s stablecoin market share and USDC transaction volume. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience managing customer relationships from launch through to renewal, with a strong background in Fintech, Cryptocurrencies, or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute partnership strategies focused on stablecoin distribution.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance.

• Manage relationships with key partners and prospects, driving their activation, growth, and success.

• Develop success plans for customers and manage the full partner lifecycle (onboarding, expansion, upsell, and renewal).

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.

• Provide strategic and consultative direction to drive growth in the MEA region.

• Help partners achieve their goals and contribute to Circle’s business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 15+ years of experience managing customer relationships, including SMBs to Fortune 50 accounts.

• Proven track record in customer success, sales, and managing long-term commercial relationships.

• Strong interest and understanding of global payments, Fintech, Cryptocurrencies, or Financial Services.

• Ability to manage complex relationships and engage in strategic and technical conversations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion for building early-stage partnerships and contributing to company growth.
