Doctors Clinic Diagnostic Center is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the strategic marketing initiatives for its state-of-the-art diagnostic center. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing the sales team, and driving business development efforts. The Director will implement marketing strategies, enhance customer service, and guide the growth of the clinic’s services, along with overseeing social media and digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the clinic

Enhance customer service and drive service growth

Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media and content creation
-
Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor activity, patient trends, and community needs
-
Provide monthly performance reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness and ROI
-
Collaborate with other departments for cohesive marketing strategies
-
Build patient referrals and strengthen relationships within healthcare networks
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in diagnostics, radiology, pharmaceuticals, or hospitals

Strong understanding of B2C and B2B healthcare marketing dynamics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of diagnostic services, including radiology and lab testing

Experience in referral-building within the healthcare sector
