About FinKraft

FinKraft is a FinTech SaaS company building a Finance Operating System for the Travel and Hospitality industry. We help enterprises and ecosystem partners manage invoicing, indirect taxes, commissions, reconciliations, and payments through deeply domain-led platforms.

With UAE e-invoicing mandates and tighter compliance frameworks coming into effect, FinKraft is working closely with hotels, TMCs, and corporate buyers to redesign how billing, commissions, and settlements operate across the hospitality value chain.

Role Overview

This is a domain-heavy, founder-facing leadership role focused on fixing one of the most broken areas in hospitality: hotel revenue billing, commissions, and reconciliation.

This is not a traditional revenue management role. Instead, it is a build-the-operating-model role, grounded in commercial, financial, and system realities.

You will work directly with the founders, product teams, and hospitality domain experts to decode real-world hotel–TMC–corporate billing flows, identify revenue leakage, and design scalable, system-driven operating models that eliminate disputes, delays, and manual dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Billing & Revenue Flow Design

• Map end-to-end billing workflows for corporate negotiated rates, TMC-managed bookings, MICE, and long-stay contracts

• Identify breakdowns across invoice generation, commission calculation, and settlement cycles

• Document current-state versus target-state revenue and billing operating models

Commission & Reconciliation Leadership

• Analyse commission structures including Onyx, bill-back, overrides, and manual commission processes

• Identify sources of revenue leakage, disputes, and delayed recoveries

• Design system-ready commission calculation, invoicing, and settlement frameworks

Product & Market Validation

• Act as the hospitality revenue domain owner within the product team

• Validate whether invoice → payment → reconciliation models are operationally feasible for hotels

• Support hotel pilots, discovery workshops, and real customer engagements

Candidate Requirements

Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in hotel revenue management, distribution, or hotel finance

• Strong exposure to GCC hospitality markets

• Hands-on experience with corporate, TMC, and negotiated-rate billing models

Core Skills & Competencies

• Deep understanding of hotel revenue, commission, and settlement mechanics

• Experience with systems such as Onyx, Pegasus, CRS, or manual bill-back models

• Strong commercial and contractual understanding

• Ability to simplify fragmented, multi-party operational workflows

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a founder-led, fast-scaling environment
