Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in large-scale real estate development? A premier UAE firm is seeking a Director of Real Estate Development to spearhead high-profile urban projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape Dubai’s urban landscape, working at the intersection of investment, planning, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of real estate projects—from site acquisition and feasibility to design, construction, financing, and final delivery

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments

• Oversee entitlement processes, stakeholder negotiations, and cross-functional project execution

• Direct financial modeling, secure funding through debt, equity, and PPPs, and ensure ROI alignment with organizational objectives

• Maintain strong relationships with government entities, investors, consultants, and community stakeholders

• Monitor real estate market trends, assess risks, and shape strategies for lease-up, disposition, or long-term asset performance

Candidate Requirements:

• Male, 50 years old or below

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in real estate development and project delivery

• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, regulatory landscape, and stakeholder management

• Strong financial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and leadership presence in high-stakes environments
