Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Director of Operations for a major tier-one main contractor in Dubai, working across retail, aviation, and industrial sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership team, overseeing multiple new build projects, business development, and project management while working with an established client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage multiple construction projects in Dubai, collaborating closely with Project Directors to ensure project success.

• Client Relations & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders. Drive business growth by developing new contacts with consultants and clients.

• Project Support: Assist design, commercial, and programme teams to successfully deliver projects, ensuring efficient project execution.

• Process & Procedure Influence: Influence HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) processes and procedures within the business to ensure the company’s values and growth are supported.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects across commercial, residential, retail, and industrial sectors, ideally within the UK.

• Stability & Longevity: Experience working with a tier-one main contractor and a stable career trajectory.

• Fast-paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and maintaining excellent client relations.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £190,000 – £200,000 + package
