Chalhoub Group, a leader in luxury retail across the Middle East for over 70 years, is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy for the Level Shoes brand. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive role will shape and drive omnichannel marketing excellence, ensuring brand consistency, customer engagement, and sustainable commercial growth across all markets.
This role oversees Marketing, CRM & Clienteling, PR & Communications, Events, Community Engagement, and Customer Insights, driving brand growth across digital, physical, and emerging channels while balancing global brand governance with local market relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Global Strategy & Brand Leadership

Define and execute a global, omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with Level Shoes’ brand vision and business objectives

Own the international 360° marketing and customer engagement roadmap across partner brands and own-label collections

Act as a senior brand ambassador, representing Level Shoes at key global events and partnerships

Identify and manage strategic partnerships, influencers, brand ambassadors, and flagship activations
Omnichannel Marketing Execution

Ensure seamless alignment between online, e-commerce, and in-store campaigns

Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches, seasonal campaigns, and experiential activations

Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-led omnichannel initiatives

Partner with e-commerce and growth teams to optimize traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase
Global Vision, Local Impact

Maintain consistent global brand storytelling while enabling localized execution across regions

Collaborate closely with Brand & Creative teams to align tone of voice, visuals, and messaging

Own and tailor marketing strategies for Level Shoes’ Own Brands to support individual brand objectives
Commercial & Financial Alignment

Align marketing investments with commercial, planning, and financial objectives

Own and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring ROI optimization and cost discipline

Support senior leadership in negotiations with suppliers and brand principals on commercial initiatives
Leadership & Team Development

Lead, inspire, and develop senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams

Set performance objectives, manage KPIs, and drive a high-performance culture

Champion servant leadership, empowerment, and professional growth
Insights, Analytics & Reporting

Translate customer data, market trends, and insights into actionable growth strategies

Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities

Provide senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decisions
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Proven senior marketing leadership experience within luxury fashion, retail, or luxury hospitality

Strong background in global brand marketing and omnichannel strategy

Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth through brand storytelling and data-led marketing

Expertise in CRM, digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer insights

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strategic, creative, and customer-first mindset with the ability to manage complexity
