Bratan Marketing Management is looking for an experienced and energetic Director to lead a new preschool in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with knowledge of Russian and German considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee daily operations of the preschool

• Ensure a high-quality educational process and children’s safety

• Manage teachers and staff effectively

• Engage with parents and liaise with regulatory authorities

• Develop and implement educational programs

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in preschool or early childhood education

• Prior experience as a kindergarten director or manager is mandatory

• Excellent command of English; Russian and/or German language skills are advantageous

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Familiarity with UAE educational standards and regulations is a plus
