We are seeking an inspirational and technically accomplished Director of Infrastructure & Networks to drive the strategic vision, operational excellence, and innovation agenda for our multi-cloud global infrastructure. This senior leadership role demands a blend of strategic insight, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-impact transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, GCP, and ideally Oracle OCI.

You will architect and manage enterprise-wide infrastructure, lead large-scale cloud integrations, ensure high performance and security, and champion modern networking capabilities that power our omnichannel luxury retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and deliver the Group’s infrastructure and network strategy aligned with growth objectives.

• Multi-Cloud Expertise: Oversee design, migration, and optimization across hybrid environments, ensuring performance, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.

• Operational Excellence: Implement governance frameworks, SD-WAN, network security best practices, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Financial & Vendor Management: Lead vendor negotiations, manage procurement processes, and optimize infrastructure budgets.

• People Leadership: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation and technical mastery.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging trends to enhance scalability, security, and business agility.

What You’ll Bring:

• 15+ years in infrastructure and network leadership, with hands-on experience in enterprise networking, cloud services, and performance engineering.

• Strong knowledge of BGP, MPLS, Layer 2/3 protocols, firewalls, wireless networking, and enterprise observability tools.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, business-critical systems in a high-transaction retail environment.

• Exceptional skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.

• ITIL certification preferred; retail experience a plus.
