We are seeking a visionary Director of Academic Excellence to lead the academic transformation and scale this groundbreaking model globally. This full-time remote role commands a high-level leader experienced in educational innovation, operational execution, and measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement practical frameworks bridging learning science with daily curriculum and technology use.

• Lead academic performance reviews with school leadership, ensuring alignment and accountability.

• Conduct ecosystem analyses integrating data and insights to remove barriers to accelerated learning.

• Spearhead strategic planning, feedback mechanisms, and milestone tracking for academic coherence.

• Represent 2 Hour Learning as an ambassador at conferences and ministerial forums, driving system-wide educational change.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years leading academic or EdTech initiatives with proven exceptional outcomes.

• Proven experience integrating AI or advanced tech to accelerate learning.

• Recognized thought leader with media, keynote, publications, or advisory portfolio.

• Strong talent management and data analytics skills.

• Effective engagement with educational stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have:

• Entrepreneurial leadership in innovative education or EdTech ventures.

• Experience in complex cultural or international education systems.

• Knowledge of Bloom’s 2 Sigma and mastery learning methodologies.

Compensation & Working Conditions:

• $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year based on full-time (40 hours/week, 50 weeks/year).

• Remote-friendly with flexible work environment.
