The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise from top-tier consulting firms (e.g., Big 4) with a proven track record in driving digital transformation, portfolio optimization, and innovation for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Consulting Engagements:

Drive consulting engagements focused on transforming digital customer experiences, enhancing customer journeys, and optimizing portfolios for top financial clients.

Implement strategies for digital banking transformation, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, product lifecycle management, and client portfolio growth.

Strategy Design & Implementation:
-
Develop and optimize digital acquisition funnels for debit and credit card products, enhancing the onboarding process and overall customer engagement.

Innovate banking subscription models, loyalty, and retention strategies, tailoring solutions to shifting customer behavior.

Customer Engagement Optimization:
-
Design data-driven Early Month on Book (EMOB) strategies to minimize attrition and maximize customer lifetime value.

Perform in-depth assessments of customer behavior, segmentations, and dormancy trends, translating insights into actionable marketing and engagement strategies.

Benchmarking & Competitive Strategy:

Conduct portfolio benchmarking to identify competitive opportunities through data analytics, performance diagnostics, and industry best practices.

Present key findings and strategic recommendations with clarity and impact to C-suite executives, helping them make informed decisions.

Strategic Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting long-term business development.

Lead efforts in proposal development, solution design, and securing new clients, contributing to the company’s growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience: 10+ years in management consulting, ideally with Big 4 or leading strategy consulting firms.

Digital Banking & Financial Services Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital banking, customer lifecycle management, and card product strategy.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven digital transformation projects in the financial services sector.

Skills: Strong analytical skills in customer segmentation, portfolio diagnostics, and performance benchmarking.

Client Management: Exceptional client engagement and communication abilities with experience in managing senior client relationships.

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
