About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Director, Customer Success – MENA to lead, scale, and inspire a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer value. In this role, you will drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion strategies while managing key customer-facing teams, including Solution Engineering, Customer Success Engineers, and Professional Services. You will work cross-functionally with global leaders to enhance the customer lifecycle strategy and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Customer Success Leadership:

    • Develop and execute customer adoption strategies to drive retention and expansion pipeline targets.

    • Lead Pre-Sales Solution Engineers in delivering value during the sales cycle while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

    • Manage the Professional Services & Project Management teams, ensuring high-quality implementation and partner collaboration.

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering a network of key decision-makers across MENA.

  • Operational Excellence & Business Impact:

    • Monitor and manage KPIs, milestones, and long-term goals aligned with company revenue growth and profitability.

    • Develop forecasting strategies for at-risk accounts and implement plans to enhance retention.

    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine customer success strategies and deliver high-impact results.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Grow and mentor a team of Customer Success Professionals focused on adoption, engagement, and expansion.

    • Foster a learning environment that attracts and retains top talent while reducing time-to-proficiency.

    • Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Global Collaboration & Innovation:

    • Partner with Global Leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to renewal.

    • Influence strategic decision-making through negotiation, persuasion, and consensus-building.

    • Drive continuous innovation to enhance Procore’s customer success model in the MENA region.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Leader: 10+ years in customer success, sales, or post-sales management in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with large, geographically dispersed teams.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong background in developing and managing strategic customer relationships.

  • SaaS & Revenue Growth Expertise: Experience in recurring revenue business models and working within revenue-focused teams.

  • Analytical & Strategic Thinker: Ability to interpret complex customer data, drive insights, and implement strategic solutions.

  • Exceptional Communication & Influence: Ability to negotiate, persuade, and build consensus across stakeholders.

  • Passionate & Empathetic Leader: A motivational leader who inspires teams and fosters a culture of excellence.

  • Willingness to Travel: Availability for regional and global travel as needed.

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
