We are hiring on behalf of a leading Dubai Government-owned entity for the position of Director – CEO Office. This high-level role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO, ensuring smooth operations, strategic alignment, and effective communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Leadership: Oversee the provision of administrative support to the Group CEO, including schedule management, preparing correspondence, and coordinating key meetings.

Strategic Document Preparation: Conduct strategic reviews and prepare reports, presentations, and communications to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Meeting Management: Attend critical meetings, track progress on action items, and ensure implementation of decisions.

Project Management: Monitor key projects and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
-
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain data protection compliance.

Event Management: Organize high-level meetings and events, managing logistics and follow-up.

Advisory Coordination: Oversee advisory services to enhance decision-making.

Public Representation: Manage the CEO’s participation in public appearances and organizational events.
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Experience: Extensive experience supporting senior management in high-pressure environments.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree (MBA, EMBA) in Business Administration or related field.
