Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director, Business Value Consulting to lead and manage cross-functional teams focused on delivering strategic business justification for digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions. This role involves working closely with Fortune 1000 customers, shaping large-scale cybersecurity proposals, and providing consultative business analysis, problem-solving, and executive communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
-
Work with sales, solution consulting, business units, and other functional groups to drive cybersecurity and digital transformation proposals.

Lead teams to shape and deliver business cases for IT and security transformation objectives.
-

Strategic Engagement and Consulting:
-
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, leveraging consulting skills and analytical capabilities.
-
Drive consensus-building and operational excellence across teams and customers.
-

Sales Strategy & Thought Leadership:
-
Elevate the value function within Palo Alto Networks’ sales strategy to contribute to overall account success.
-
Create industry-specific value-selling tools and programs for use in sales, alliances, and marketing.
-
Support value-selling training across the sales ecosystem.
-

Business Analysis & Financial Modeling:
-
Conduct in-depth financial analysis (ROI, TCO) to justify business cases.
-
Demonstrate exceptional business problem-solving aptitude, particularly in IT and cybersecurity.

Stakeholder Communication:
-
Influence and communicate effectively with C-suite executives, driving action and accountability.
-
Develop and present strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements:
-
Experience:
-
12+ years of experience in business transformation, preferably in top management consulting or a software company.
-
Experience in risk assessment and cybersecurity is a plus.
-
Fluency in Arabic is required.

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
-
Equivalent military experience will also be considered.

Expertise in financial analysis, business modeling, and strategic planning.

Proven ability to influence and communicate at the C-suite level.
