Moody’s Corporation is looking for a Director – Business Development Representative to join their team in Dubai. This role focuses on identifying and developing new market opportunities in the Government and Corporate customer segments across the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales cycles, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted market research, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new client relationships

• Understand client decision-making processes, priorities, and requirements

• Drive strategic engagement with key customers, involving senior executives as needed

• Manage sales cycles, lead meetings, presentations, and workshops with internal teams

• Meet established sales targets while building long-term customer satisfaction

• Conduct market research and generate new revenue streams

• Represent Moody’s at industry events and company-sponsored functions

• Travel as required for client meetings and engagements

Candidate Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in selling complex solutions to Corporate or Government sectors

• Experience in Risk Intelligence or Risk Technology solutions (e.g., AML, Compliance)

• Proven track record in handling end-to-end sales processes for large deals

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to influence key decision-makers throughout the sales cycle

• Strong client relationship management experience

• Familiarity with the Middle East market and its unique business dynamics

• Arabic language skills are preferred
