In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting credit card and personal loan products through direct sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets for credit cards and personal loans.

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and personal networking.

Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend the most suitable banking products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Address client questions, resolve objections, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within retail banking or financial services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
