Visa is hiring a Digital Sales Representative (English & Russian) for its Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a large territory of Mid-Market client accounts, driving end-to-end sales across Visa’s product suite through virtual and digital channels. The successful candidate will handle full-cycle sales, client relationship management, forecasting, and presentations, using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics to maintain an efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and oversee the complete sales cycle across Visa’s product portfolio

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Maintain account plans and create client-focused presentation materials

Deliver virtual presentations using digital tools (video conferencing, whiteboards, webcasts)

Stay updated on industry trends and government regulations impacting the region

Collaborate with the digital sales team and participate in ongoing sales training
Qualifications & Experience:

1–2 years of sales experience with a Bachelor’s degree

Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is highly preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools

Strong communication and presentation skills

Prior experience in full-cycle sales or direct client engagement

Understanding of the payments or fintech industry is a plus
