Digital Sales Representative (English & Arabic)

Visa, a global leader in payments and technology, is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This role will involve managing relationships with mid-market clients and driving sales through a full sales cycle across all Visa products and solutions. The Digital Sales Representative will leverage cutting-edge technology and analytics to craft tailored solutions, while ensuring exceptional client engagement and fostering long-term partnerships. The role includes virtual and system touchpoints for client interaction and requires fluency in English, with Arabic proficiency highly preferred. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with Mid-Market client accounts.

  • Drive sales, upsell, and cross-sell Visa products and solutions.

  • Use knowledge of Visa’s offerings to overcome business challenges and meet client needs.

  • Forecast sales and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through procurement.

  • Develop and deliver client presentations via phone, video conferencing, and digital platforms.

  • Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of government regulations affecting the territory.

  • Collaborate with the digital sales team to develop business strategies and participate in ongoing training.

Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.

  • Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Prior experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in direct client sales.

  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and account information.

  • Knowledge of the payments industry is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Dubai, UAE (Full-time, office-based).

  • Travel Requirements: Less than 10% travel.
