High Living Real Estate, a growing property firm in Dubai, is hiring a Digital Project Manager to strengthen its online presence, boost lead generation, and position the brand as a leading real estate player in Dubai. The role involves creating and executing digital strategies, managing acquisition campaigns, and aligning marketing with sales goals to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the digital marketing roadmap.

Build, test, and optimize lead generation funnels.

Manage digital campaigns including social ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and retargeting.

Track and analyze KPIs such as traffic, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.

Conduct A/B tests and analyze creative and audience performance.

Report campaign performance and insights to management.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Coordinate with social media agencies to deliver aligned campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or project management.

Proven expertise in lead generation and digital acquisition.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and email marketing tools.

Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROI and conversion optimization.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
