Job Title: Digital Printing & Production Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage and operate our digital printing and finishing processes. If you have hands-on experience with large-format printing, plotter cutting, and design software, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and quality-focused production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage daily tasks in the digital printing unit

• Handle vinyl and paper plotter cutting, laminating, and finishing processes

• Oversee print quality, color management, and ensure accurate output

• Maintain print equipment and perform basic troubleshooting

• Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality print jobs

Required Skills & Experience:
✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PSD), and CorelDRAW (CDR)
✔️ Experience with digital printing operations
✔️ Knowledge of color management and print calibration
✔️ Familiarity with large-format printing equipment (experience with Roland, Mimaki, or HP Latex machines is a strong plus)
✔️ Understanding of prepress processes
✔️ Ability to perform basic maintenance of printing equipment
✔️ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
