Digital Operations Manager

A leading organization in Dubai is hiring a Digital Operations Manager to support Marketing and Paid Media teams in optimizing tools, platforms, and resources essential for campaign execution. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a digital tech-savvy professional with hands-on experience in managing Google and social media ad platforms, tracking tools, and marketing tech solutions. You’ll serve as the backbone for digital operations, ensuring seamless integration, insightful tracking, and efficient marketing execution across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Google tools including Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, and Ad Manager.

  • Set up goal conversions and key events for tracking across event websites.

  • Oversee third-party banner ads and provide performance reports.

  • Manage social media Business Ad Accounts (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Snapchat, etc.).

  • Coordinate paid media setups with agencies and ensure insights and experiment tracking.

  • Collaborate with creatives to guide ad content based on performance insights.

  • Maintain integration between ad platforms, CRM systems, and GTM.

  • Monitor social media page approval and verification processes.

  • Provide support for ad account setups, post boosting access, and tracking script installations.

UTM & Tracking:

  • Maintain and enforce consistent UTM usage and training.

  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking across platforms including third-party event sites.

Marketing Tech & Platform Management:

  • Manage lightweight marketing tools (pop-ups, surveys, plug-ins, etc.).

  • Monitor feature updates and platform usage to ensure full optimization.

  • Provide guidance and insights to boost marketing efficiency.

Supplier & Contract Management:

  • Oversee marketing supplier tools, contracts, and renewals.

  • Troubleshoot supplier-related issues and conduct update check-ins.

Training & Internal Support:

  • Conduct regular training sessions and onboarding for marketing staff.

  • Maintain documentation, records, and user guides for tech platforms.

  • Assist with new project checklists and leaver onboarding/offboarding.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketing platforms and tracking tools.

  • Certified in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ad Manager, and Ads.

  • Proficient in social ad platforms and familiar with HTML, CSS, and CMS systems.

  • Strong knowledge of UTM tracking and technical troubleshooting.

  • Experience with website testing tools and marketing tool integrations.

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive with a process optimization mindset.

  • Strong communicator, especially with non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and solution-focused.
