Act Local SEO Dubai is looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid media campaigns, particularly on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Arabic and English who can manage full-funnel digital strategies, execute high-ROI campaigns, and analyze performance with a keen eye on iOS audience behaviors post-iOS 14.5.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms

Continuously monitor and refine performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA)

Execute A/B testing for creatives, placements, and audience segments

Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-converting ad creatives
-
Implement precise tracking using Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag Manager
-
Manage and allocate ad budgets based on performance goals
-
Prepare and deliver performance reports with strategic insights
-
Stay current with algorithm updates, platform changes, and digital marketing trends

Tailor campaigns for mobile-first platforms with a focus on iOS users
Requirements:

Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); strong command of English

Proficient in Google Analytics, reporting tools, and CRM/automation platforms

Deep understanding of iOS privacy impacts and post-iOS 14.5 advertising strategy

Familiarity with UTM tracking, audience retargeting, and segmentation strategies

Strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
