This role is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth for assigned brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns based on a strategic annual marketing calendar.

• Manage SEM and paid app marketing initiatives in collaboration with media agencies.

• Optimize campaign performance across search engines, app stores, and affiliate networks.

• Prepare detailed performance reports and analytics to support decision-making.

• Maintain accurate marketing budgets and ensure optimal budget utilization.

• Leverage consumer insights to shape impactful marketing communications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and execution.

• Ensure campaigns comply with brand and corporate communication guidelines.

• Lead and manage promotional efforts to drive both online and offline traffic and sales.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance-based SEM, app marketing, and affiliate campaigns.

• Retail industry background preferred.

• Strong understanding of customer behavior and digital media strategy.

• Experience in budget management and campaign analytics.
