Key Responsibilities

  • Drive social media growth on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook through impactful strategies and community engagement.

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing content tailored to the crypto audience.

  • Support the planning and execution of PR strategies and press initiatives.

  • Oversee SEO practices, paid promotions, and community-building with a strong focus on ROI and performance.

  • Analyze performance data, generate reports, and use insights to optimize campaigns.

  • Stay updated with trends in the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 space to craft timely, relevant marketing responses.

  • Manage cross-functional projects related to marketing and ensure smooth execution across departments.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in crypto/blockchain/Web3 industries.

  • Proven expertise in social media growth and community engagement.

  • Ability to create and execute strategic content and campaign roadmaps.

  • Strong skills in data analytics and reporting with a focus on ROI-driven decisions.

  • Creative direction and content ideation skills for campaign visuals and messaging.

  • Proficiency in campaign management, cross-team collaboration, and deadline-based execution.

  • A deep understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior in the crypto/Web3 ecosystem.
