Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms.
This is a mid-level role for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and hands-on experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all relevant platforms.

Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and ROI targets.

Analyze customer behavior and digital trends to optimize campaigns and overall marketing spend.

Design, test, and optimize landing pages and user funnels for maximum conversion.

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to refine digital strategy.

Work closely with internal teams to improve the website experience and boost user engagement.

Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaign strategies.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for business growth.

Provide strategic insights and innovative ideas to enhance digital marketing performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Strong skills in SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

Ability to analyze complex data and user behavior to drive marketing decisions.

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and ad-serving technologies.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Highly creative with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

Strong communication and client relationship-building skills.
Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry.

Certifications or diplomas in Digital Marketing or relevant platforms are a plus.
