Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute innovative campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance marketing, user engagement, and conversion optimization. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can blend creativity with analytics to boost online visibility and drive revenue growth.
As a key part of our marketing team in Dubai, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising channels. Your goal will be to deliver measurable results, improve customer acquisition funnels, and elevate our brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, display advertising, and social media campaigns

Design, develop, and maintain our company’s social media presence

Track and analyze campaign performance against key metrics (KPIs and ROI)

Identify growth trends and use insights to optimize budget allocation and performance

Generate innovative marketing ideas and implement A/B testing strategies

Collaborate with web developers and designers to create optimized landing pages and improve user experience

Evaluate and enhance customer journeys and conversion funnels across platforms

Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns

Stay updated with emerging digital technologies and make strategic adoption recommendations
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media marketing

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics tools

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation platforms
-
Ability to create compelling content that engages, informs, and converts

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for landing page optimization

Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking skills
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry

Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus

Experience working with ad-serving tools and marketing CRMs
