We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join ATMS Education Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, a passion for driving brand awareness, and the ability to execute successful marketing campaigns. In this role, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our educational programs, brand, and services, ensuring strong online engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and student enrollment.
• Create compelling content for websites, social media platforms, and digital advertisements.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Utilize SEO, PPC, and social media marketing to drive website traffic and conversions.
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote programs and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement the latest best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be based in RAK or Dubai.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Incentive-based rewards based on performance.
