Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (MENA) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and user engagement across digital channels. This full-time remote role is ideal for a highly analytical and innovative marketing professional with experience in the crypto or tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Manage and optimize SEO, ASO, performance marketing, and digital channels.

Analyze campaign performance against ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Implement growth hacking initiatives to boost user engagement and retention.

Work cross-functionally with local teams and central business units.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, product marketing, or growth marketing.

Experience in the cryptocurrency or tech industry is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

Deep understanding of the MENA market (GCC experience is a plus).

Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.

Fluency in English (Arabic and French are a plus).
