Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in the real estate industry to lead and execute high-impact online marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across digital platforms and a deep understanding of real estate consumer behavior.

You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions through tailored digital campaigns that align with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for real estate products and services (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising)

  • Drive content strategy, ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging across digital platforms

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversion rates), using data to refine strategies

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including content, sales, leasing, and design

  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources for maximum return

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, applying them effectively in a real estate context

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with 1–2 years in the real estate industry

  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities

  • Strong project management and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of real estate marketing trends and local buyer behavior

  • Expertise in digital lead generation and CRM funnel strategies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Photo and video editing skills for dynamic content creation

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

  • A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for real estate branding
