Position: Digital Marketing Lead
Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive strategic growth and performance for The Rufescent, the Middle East’s first and largest members-only club hotel. This role will lead paid media, influencer partnerships, marketing automation, and creative direction to fuel membership acquisition, brand awareness, and high-impact campaigns.
You’ll work cross-functionally with design, content, and events teams to execute launch strategies, optimize the CXO journey, and ensure seamless alignment between marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) across paid, influencer, and organic channels.

Optimize cost-per-lead through performance analysis and data-driven targeting.

Manage influencer marketing partnerships and track campaign ROI.

Oversee marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and nurture lead funnels.

Leverage BI tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) for marketing insights and executive reporting.

Guide the visual branding and creative direction of all external marketing assets.

Align marketing strategies with membership pushes, key event cycles, and product launches.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and agencies.

Ensure seamless execution of brand storytelling across digital, social, and offline channels.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or Business.

Experience: 2–4 years in digital/growth/performance marketing roles; prior campaign management and influencer activation experience is essential.

Technical Skills:

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaign management

Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo)

Strong grasp of CXO journey mapping and lead generation funnels

Analytics:

Skilled in querying data and using BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)

Ability to generate insights and continuously optimize marketing ROI

Strong visual branding sense; able to lead external creative direction across digital and print

Able to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals, particularly for membership growth
