Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive (Female) to take charge of our online presence, increase brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest digital marketing tools and trends, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns across search engines and social platforms.
This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven thinking, with responsibilities spanning content creation, paid ads, PPC, SEO, social media management, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

Create engaging visual and written content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Optimize website performance and content using SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.

Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Manage and update content through CMS platforms (especially WordPress).

Write compelling copy for web, social media, and ad campaigns.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance online engagement and lead generation.
Skills & Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably within the UAE market).

Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, and performance analytics.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms.

Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Must be female (as per company preference for gender-specific hiring).
