Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This mid-level role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with a solid understanding of online marketing strategies and hands-on experience in executing successful campaigns across digital channels.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital, data-driven, and creative, with a knack for turning insights into impactful marketing actions.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising channels.

Design and maintain the company’s presence across all major social media platforms.

Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

Identify digital trends, customer insights, and market shifts to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.

Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies and digital experiments.

Create and optimize landing pages and user journeys in collaboration with internal teams.

Analyze end-to-end customer experiences across multiple digital touchpoints to improve funnel performance.

Pinpoint drop-off points in conversion funnels and optimize accordingly.

Work closely with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and performance tracking.

Evaluate and adopt emerging digital tools and technologies for campaign enhancement.

Act as a thought leader by contributing new ideas and perspectives to the marketing strategy.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Experience managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, email, and paid campaigns

Knowledge of landing page and funnel optimization techniques

Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms

Familiarity with ad-serving tools and PPC campaign management
-
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
