Guildhall is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketer with a solid background in the real estate sector to join our dynamic team in Dubai. 📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns targeting high-quality real estate sales and leasing leads.

• Manage PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and refine campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Drive and enhance SEO strategies, content marketing initiatives, and social media presence.

• Use CRM systems and marketing tools to monitor leads, engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Produce and distribute compelling content across digital platforms, including social media, email, and websites.

• Stay up-to-date with evolving digital marketing trends, especially within the Dubai real estate market.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to continually improve results.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience within the real estate industry.

• Experience with a large Dubai-based real estate brokerage is highly desirable.

• Strong expertise in PPC management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media marketing.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools to track campaign performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
