The company is seeking a Digital Designer to join its creative team in Dubai. This mid-level role requires a versatile designer with a broad skill set, capable of handling diverse digital and conceptual design tasks to support Property Finder’s social media marketing and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and innovation—particularly leveraging emerging AI tools—to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design visually engaging content for social media marketing and digital campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative briefs and transform them into effective visual executions.

Utilize emerging design technologies, including Artificial Intelligence platforms, to maximize creativity and productivity.

Create interactive online content such as social media posts, campaign visuals, presentation decks, and digital assets.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and digital platforms.

Provide design guidance for campaigns, promotions, and product presentations.

Review and enhance visual content to align with marketing objectives and improve user engagement.

Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on social media and marketing design.

Proven portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in both online and offline design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop).

Ability to use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow and innovation.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design ideas clearly.

Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
