As we expand rapidly across the U.S. market, we’re assembling a dynamic creative team to deliver high-impact digital assets that convert, engage, and elevate the player experience.

We are hiring a Digital Designer to join our on-site team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for creatives who have a strong foundation in digital marketing design and are early adopters of AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling assets for all digital and lifecycle marketing channels, including paid social, CRM/email, website banners, push notifications, and popups.

• Utilize AI design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo) to scale output without compromising brand consistency or creative quality.

• Create landing pages and product graphics optimized for conversion across the eCommerce funnel.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure all creative aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.

• Maintain consistent visual standards across all platforms—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), email, and web.

• Stay updated on platform specs, trends, and best practices in digital performance design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing for digital marketing and eCommerce campaigns.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of campaign creatives, landing pages, CRM/email assets, and/or UI components.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-enhanced design workflows.

• Hands-on experience using AI design tools for rapid iteration and creativity at scale.

• Experience in iGaming, social casino, or related entertainment/gaming industries is a significant plus.

• Highly collaborative, responsive, and proactive approach to creative problem-solving.

• Must be based in Dubai and able to work on-site during standard UAE business hours.
