Etihad Airways is seeking a skilled Digital Analytics Manager to join its Digital & eCommerce team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in analyzing high-impact data-driven business challenges and delivering insights that support strategic decisions across departments.

Reporting to the Digital Engagement Senior Manager and under the direction of the Digital & eCommerce Director, the ideal candidate will apply advanced digital analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from Etihad’s enterprise data. This position requires not only technical expertise but also strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex digital data requirements and deliver customized analytical solutions for cross-functional teams.

• Execute ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to discover actionable insights and root causes.

• Visualize data using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Maintain and document analytical methodologies and results for internal use.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend improvements.

• Build subject matter expertise in one or more key digital analytics disciplines and act as an internal coach.

• Collaborate with business leaders and data translators to present insights that guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, IT, or a related field (advanced certifications preferred).

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, data management, or digital process modeling.

• Previous aviation or travel industry experience is a plus.

• Proven expertise in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
