Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Advertising & PPC Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns. This full-time role involves managing multi-channel digital advertising efforts, analyzing performance data, and ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement multi-platform paid media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok for maximum reach and effectiveness.

Leverage data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad management platforms to enhance campaign performance.

Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine ad strategies and increase conversion rates.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide campaign progress reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Research and identify new advertising opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.

Maintain budget control and forecasting for efficient ad spend across various platforms.
Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience managing paid search, display ads, and social media campaigns.

Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.

Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to digital marketing strategies.
