We’re seeking a creative and data-savvy Digital Ads Expert to join our Dubai-based team. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for crafting and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, helping us connect with design lovers and elevate our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Analyze customer insights and market trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and copy
• Manage ad budgets and targeting strategies to maximize ROI
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and share actionable insights
• Coordinate with content, web, and design teams to ensure seamless user journeys
• Stay updated on platform changes, privacy policies, and emerging ad formats
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and creative effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle brands
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
