AJT Group, a leading joint venture specializing in advanced packaging and paper-based solutions, is looking for a Die Cutting Operator to join their team. The role is based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The Die Cutting Operator will be responsible for printer support, print production, printing, bindery, and inkjet operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with flatbed or rotary die cutting machines and the ability to ensure product quality and meet client specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate die cutting machines (flatbed or rotary).

• Adjust cutting depth, creasing, perforating, and embossing as needed.

• Read and interpret job orders or technical drawings.

• Monitor product quality and ensure it meets client specifications.

• Perform in-process checks and adjust settings to maintain quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts).

• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of experience operating die cutting machines.

• Experience with flatbed or rotary die cutting machines.

• Strong attention to detail and focus on precision.

• Ability to read and interpret job orders or technical drawings.

• Willingness to work shifts or overtime if required.

• Good communication skills to work effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Ability to stand for long periods.
