We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and financial performance of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use real estate projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals, market trends, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Development & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end development process, including design, financing, construction, marketing, sales/leasing, and project handover.
• Oversee project feasibility, risk assessment, and budgeting to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Manage authority approvals, contracts, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government bodies to ensure seamless project execution.

Financial & Commercial Oversight

• Develop project budgets, financial projections, and capital investment strategies.
• Negotiate terms with banks, investors, and contractors to secure optimal financing and partnerships.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.

Market Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to maximize project visibility and revenue.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, investors, authorities, and industry partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Real Estate) is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate development, architecture, or construction management.
• Strong expertise in project budgeting, financial modeling, contracts, and risk management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

Salary:

AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
