Rejlers is seeking a Designer – Electrical with construction management experience for substation projects in the Oil & Gas sector. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe project execution. The ideal candidate will contribute to construction activities, ensuring alignment with ADNOC HSE policy and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical construction activities on-site.

• Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with Lead Engineer and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Monitor execution of daily electrical works and ensure proper interface management.

• Enforce ADNOC’s HSE policy and maintain high safety standards.

• Support project bids and execution tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical sectors.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant design tools.

• Prior experience with substation projects and construction oversight is essential.
