We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Design Manager to join a Dubai-based team, supporting the successful delivery of high-profile mixed-use developments across the region. This opportunity is ideal for an Architect with strong design coordination experience looking to step into a strategic design management role and take ownership of multidisciplinary project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the design process for mixed-use developments, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Review and manage design deliverables to ensure alignment with project briefs, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Monitor design schedules, manage interdisciplinary coordination, and resolve design-related challenges.
• Support value engineering initiatives, authority approvals, and design development across all project stages.
• Ensure design intent and quality are maintained from concept through to construction completion.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and/or design management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working on mixed-use development projects.
• Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle within the Middle East.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 22,000 to 28,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
