ELE Interior Design is looking for a Design Manager with expertise in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial interior design. The ideal candidate will oversee the studio’s design output, manage teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, as well as mentoring the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of designers and production staff, ensuring clear communication and effective project management

• Collaborate with HR on team development, interviews, and role assignments

• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to manage business proposals, content, and final project presentations

• Develop and maintain processes to optimize workflows and production efficiency

• Represent the company at industry events and through social media platforms

• Manage client relations, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities

• Supervise projects from concept to completion, maintaining alignment with client expectations

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers for cost-effective yet high-quality solutions

• Oversee project documentation, invoicing, and budget tracking

• Manage the materials library and supplier relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture

• Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Interior Designer

• Expertise in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial interior design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Excel/Word, PowerPoint, SketchUp, and 3DS Max

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Valid UAE driving license and vehicle

• Availability for international travel based on business needs
