Landmark Group is looking for a Design Coordinator to support its Retail Store Design Team at Babyshop. This role involves coordinating the design and rollout of store environments that reflect the brand, enhance the customer experience, and meet operational needs. The Design Coordinator will work closely with designers, architects, and vendors to bring new retail spaces and renovations to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing floor plans, elevations, fixture layouts, and visual presentations.

• Create 3D models and renderings to communicate design intent and spatial planning.

• Ensure designs align with brand standards, operational requirements, and feasibility.

• Support multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Organize project documentation such as design briefs, plans, specifications, and status reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Marketing) to ensure design alignment.

• Work with external vendors, architects, and consultants to manage samples, quotes, and technical documentation.

• Review design documentation, shop drawings, and prototypes for quality and adherence to project goals.

• Assist in store openings, remodels, and special retail projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray).

• 1-3 years of experience in design coordination or project support within the retail, commercial, or hospitality sectors.

• 1 year of experience in architectural design and execution of retail site development projects.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
