Memar Architecture is looking for a talented Design Architect to join their dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, the Design Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing architectural designs that meet client specifications while adhering to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled individual capable of translating client visions into comprehensive designs and models. Key Responsibilities:

• Design Management: Develop and prepare architectural design proposals, sketches, 3D models, and technical documentation that align with client needs and expectations.

• Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, present design solutions, and ensure all requirements are met.

• Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with structural, MEP engineers, and interior designers to ensure that designs are cohesive and integrated across all project aspects.

• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with project coordinators and detailed design architects to address comments, resolve technical issues, and ensure design clarity.

• Reporting & Revisions: Report to the lead architect, ensuring the design aligns with project standards, and make revisions based on feedback from clients and the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design within the UAE.

• Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.

• Attitude: Flexible, open-minded, and proactive in adopting new approaches to design and project management.
