Parsons Corporation is seeking a Deputy Interface Manager to join their team at Sharjah Airport. The role involves coordinating and managing interfaces between various stakeholders, contractors, and project teams involved in airport development and expansion. The Deputy Interface Manager ensures seamless integration, resolves interface issues, and maintains effective communication among all parties involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an interface management plan, identifying and documenting interface points between project components and stakeholders.

• Facilitate regular interface meetings to ensure coordination and alignment across teams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all interface-related issues and maintain communication with airport authorities, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

• Identify potential interface issues early in the project and implement strategies to mitigate or resolve them.

• Prepare regular interface management reports for senior management and ensure all interface documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in all interface activities.

• Promote a culture of safety and quality in all interface management activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management with a focus on interface management in large-scale infrastructure projects (aviation sector preferred).

• Strong understanding of airport operations and regulatory requirements.

• PMP or similar project management certification.

• Previous experience in the Middle East region.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus.
