Job Description:
The Deputy Head of Secondary (Academics) will play a central role in ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum across the school. The role combines direct leadership within the Middle School with strategic influence across the Secondary division, aligning with the school’s academic vision and UAE regulatory standards (e.g., the UAE’s E33 initiative).
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee academic policies and practices within Secondary School.

Lead Middle School, driving academic improvement and alignment with the school’s values.

Collaborate with other leaders to ensure the IB curriculum and Swiss Baccalaureate programs are delivered with excellence.

Align secondary academic practices with UAE regulations and global standards.
Key Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in academic management, ideally in an IB or Swiss Baccalaureate environment.

Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment systems, and academic policy.

Experience working with Middle School and Secondary students, fostering both academic excellence and personal growth.

Knowledge of UAE regulations, including E33.

Strong commitment to multicultural education and international-mindedness.
