This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing store operations, managing department performance, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets. Ideal for candidates with prior experience in furniture retail, the role requires strong leadership and sales management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain store standards including cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to maximize sales.

Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring fulfillment of company/brand standards.

Monitor department performance and help team members exceed targets.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with store security policies and minimize stock loss.

Support staff in operating cash registers and other store functions.
Required Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in the furniture retail industry.

Fluent or excellent proficiency in English.

High school certificate or equivalent.

Must be a team player with leadership capabilities.
