Majid Al Futtaim is hiring a Department Manager for its Home department in Abu Dhabi. This role involves leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing department operations, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in the furniture retail industry and be a team player with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
✔ Analyze sales data (daily, weekly, and monthly) to optimize performance.
✔ Ensure store standards (cleanliness, organization, and replenishment) are maintained.
✔ Monitor merchandising and stock contracts to maximize sales.
✔ Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
✔ Manage staff performance, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
✔ Oversee cash register operations and provide support where necessary.
✔ Ensure compliance with store security policies to minimize stock loss.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Experience: 3-4 years in the furniture retail industry.
✅ Language: Excellent to fluent English skills.
✅ Education: High School Certificate required.
✅ Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
